Work Rates Attack-Defend

Goalkeepers: So for me if the player have a good height , But some small GK are good like Julio Cesar he is amazing!!! but if you want a GK OverPower i can tell you that  Szczesny is your guy!!!

The Central CB: The best Work-Rates are Low-Medium or Low-High

 so for this position you need a tall player and good in the air and in this position the pace do not matter  examples: Cheilliene, Mertesacker, Lucio, Dante etc

The 2 Wider CB's: The Best work-Rates are Medium-Medium Or Medium-High

 in this position the player needs pace and strenght and they need to be good in the air examples: David Luiz, Kaboul, Thiago Silva, Dede, Felipe Santana all the Brazil CB!

The CDM's: the best work-Rates are Low-High or Medium-High

 So this 2 players are the most important in the team!!! You need to have Strong player and with good passing techniques and if the player have good long shot they are amazing!!!

Examples: Mikel, Sissoko, Toure, Fellaine, Luiz Gustavo, PIRLO

The (RM/LM): The Best Work-Rates are High-Medium or Medium-Low and H-L

This players need to have good Crossing, Dribbling and Passing. and they need the PACE!!! so this player need to cross a lot to the Strikers 

Examples: Bale, Moses, CR7, N´Zongbia, Johnson, Jesse Rodriguez

The Key Player (CAM): Best Work-Rate is High-Medium!

So this player  is the guy that create the chances to score beautiful goals! you need a good passing and vision player and this players needs to have good long shots and i always look for players that have 5 stars or 4 starts week foot

Example: Sessengnon, Lampard, De Bruyne, Tarrabt, Gerrard

The 2 Strikers up top:Any Work-Rate are good i will tell you why!

So the Strikers needs to be tall, strong and a good header, why?! because he is going to scored your crosses! and the pace do not matter, but if you want pace it is ok

Example: Berbatov and he is L-L, Jones and he is L-M and Dzeko This 3 guys are amazing in this formation i really love Berbatov!

And if you want Pace players you can try: Ballotelli, Cisse QPR Version, Ba, Torres, and Arnautovic
